l What’s electric rickshaw (electric tricycle, electric trike)?

Electric rickshaw is a tricycle which is powered by battery, not petrol, gasoline or CNG. All of the energy is stored into these battery.

l What’s the purpose of the electric tricycle?

Electric tricycle can be divided into two type. One is for carrying passengers, the other is for carrying cargo. It is usually used for short distance transportation.

l How many passengers can be carried if I want to buy passenger model?

We have many models, carry from (1 passenger + 1 driver) to (6 passengers + 1 driver).

l How many cargo could the cargo model carry?

We have many models, carry from 300kg to 1000kg. You can find suitable model for your market.

l What’s the top speed of the electric tricycle?

Electric tricycle can run from 25km/h to 45km/h. We can modify the top speed according to your request.

l What’s the charging time and once charging mileage for the electric tricycle?

Charging time is 8--10 hours after you nearly empty the battery. The once charging mileage is based on the battery capacity. For example, if we using 60v 150ah battery, it can run about 140km for once charging. It will consume 9.5 kwh; If using 48v 150ah battery, it can run about 115km for once charging. It will consume 0.75 kwh.

l What’s the charging voltage can be suitable?

Our charging voltage is 220v 50hz--240v 50hz. This is the Chinese standard voltage. We can also modify the charger according to your local voltage.

l What’s the packing of the electric tricycle when loading container?

The packing of electric tricycle is in CKD form, which means all the parts of the electric tricycle is completely knocked down. We use this kind of packing to save space of container and buyer’s purchasing cost. We will supply full set assembly video CD for buyers to assemble it themselves. If any things unclear, you can also contact us.

l What’s the warranty of the electric tricycle?

In our local Chinese market, we give our dealers 3 months warranty for motor, controller. For international market, because the cost of replacing parts is too high. We give 1-3% easily damaged parts for free when dealers place full container order, then dealers can replace these parts for end customers easily. This 1-3% easily damaged parts list is summarized according our damaged rate, which is not absolutely suitable for your market, because situation is absolutely different. So we suggest that you can buy a few extra parts when placing order. We can put these extra parts into the same container.

l What’s the warranty for battery?

Now the battery we are using is the biggest brand: KIJO battery lead acid battery, which has been sold to more than 15 countries. They give us 6 months warranty. We also give you 6 months warranty. But only one or two pieces battery has problem. You need to resolve it yourself.

l Why do you need to buy electric tricycle, not petrol, gasoline or CNG tricycle?

If the price of electricity in your market is cheap, then it is a good choose. Because end customers only need to pay the electricity cost for one days’ running; If the electricity is not cheap or it is scarce, but you can supply them by solar or in some other way, then you can sell electricity to them. Or you can find some other goods ways to promote electric tricycles in your market. Also electric tricycle is ECO friendly transportation, it is advocated by all the countries now.
